LEVDER

How it works

Private intake. Manual review. No automated chase.

LEVDER is built for moments when a person wants one serious next step without being distributed into a noisy marketplace. Public intake creates reviewable records. It does not approve outbound campaigns.

Short answer

Submit a home-review or project-review request. LEVDER records the request, consent scopes, source page, campaign ID, and contact path. Operators review the submission manually inside the internal console before deciding whether follow-up is appropriate.

01

Request

Use the home-review or project-review form with a real contact method and request consent.

02

Record

The system stores submitted fields, normalized email or phone, source page, campaign ID, and UTMs.

03

Review

An operator checks fit, status, notes, suppression matches, and consent records.

04

Respond

Manual follow-up can happen only within the submitted request scope. Automation remains blocked.

Consent scopes

ScopeWhat it meansWhat it does not do
Request consentAllows LEVDER to respond to the specific submitted request.Does not approve unrelated marketing campaigns.
Email follow-up opt-inAllows occasional email follow-up related to LEVDER and market availability.Does not remove unsubscribe or suppression requirements.
SMS proofStores evidence that the phone number may be used for this request.Does not make SMS launch-ready without sender, DNC, template, and legal gates.

Use Private Home Review if the question is about selling, listing, repairs before sale, valuation, or choosing an agent. Use Private Project Review if the question is about roofing, exterior, remodeling, HVAC, plumbing, or another high-ticket home project.
